Mr. Hardison has over fifteen years commercial real estate experience. In 2000, Mr. Hardison formed Hardison & Associates, Inc. a boutique commercial real estate firm. He has extensive knowledge and experience in leasing, buying, selling, financing and managing real estate. Mr. Hardison has completed over $250 Million in real estate transactions representing private investors. He is an Illionois Licensed Broker, candidate of the Certified Commercial Investment Member, and a member of the Fox Valley Association of Realtors. Mr. Hardison earned his degree from the University of Minnesota.
Brad Schreiner

Mr. Schreiner has over twenty years sales and management expereince. In 2004, Mr. Schreiner joined Hardison & Associates, Inc. as a Vice-President of sales. He has completed transactions representing approximately 200,000 SF of space and an aggregate value of almost $50 Million. Prior to joining Hardison, Mr. Schreiner was the Co-Owner of Facility Systems Supply, Inc.. He is an Illinois Licensed Salesperson, member of the St. Charles Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Fox Valley Association of Realtors. Mr. Schreiner earned his degree from Illinois State University.
JESSE LUKE

Mr. Luke specializes in self-storage investment opportunites. In 2009, Mr. Luke joined Hardison & Associates, Inc. as a Vice-President of sales. He has completed transactions representing numerous institutional buyers and sellers in the self-storage marketplace with an aggregate value in excess of $50 Million. Prior to joining Hardison & Associates, Mr. Luke was a licensed sales agent with Marcus & Millichap. He is an Illinois Licensed Salesperson, member of the Fox Valley Association of Realtors, and is a guest speaker for the self-storage industry. Mr. Luke earned his degree from Eastern Illinois University.
